| I ordered all 8 plans on Tues 1/6/10 that were charged to my credit card the following weekend. Since they order says that plans are shipped USPS they should have been here some time ago. This is my 5th attempt to contact someone there. If anyone knows the best way to contact these folks please let me know. I have sent multiple emails to Gator @ AOL as well as doing a "WHO IS" search of Gatorboatco.com where I got a phone number that sounded like someone's home answering machine. Thanks for any help that anyone can give. |

| I appreciate your answering. I have been unable to get ANYONE from Gator to reply. I got one message that the Gator site had been hacked shortly after I used my credit card online for my order. I just wanted some kind of confirmation from the Gators folks that it went to them and not the scammer. I'm about to contact my credit card company to void that transaction because since I cannot get anyone to respond, I'm afraid that my order was hacked/scammed/ripped off. I'd think that after a week and a half of trying to get someone at Gator to contact me that SOMEONE would have answered........Thanks for your reply.... |

| I to sent them an email when i was waiting my plans with no reply, they do this on the side, this is not there main job. Before you void the card try going to member list at the top of the page and send Henry an PM and a email on this site it might get to him better. if you read past posts some people take longer to receive them i saw some that took 3 or 4 weeks. Hope you get them. |

This makes me feel better. I can understand slow post office but was concerned with the email from someone named Brad that is below. Especially the part a large portion of accounts had been spammed. All I wanted was reassurance that my credit card info was intact and safe. I'll do as you suggested and try a PM to them. Thanks again for your time......

Sorry folks. Was out of town for a few days and a spammer signed on and spammed a large portion of the accounts. I'm pretty sure most of you were smart enough to not click on the link, however, if you did I would suggest you run a virus scan and quite possibly change your password to your account here.

OK. Time to be fair. After all my emails etc.
My plans came today.......not all of them but two sets of one model, none of another. Problem is as I stated above. NO ONE IS HOME.
No idea how to contact them for missing boat plans. Just one person's experience with dealing with these folks. |
